SECURITY TERMS Print
  1. VPS and The Clients undertake to keep the following information in secret:
    1. Logging Password and Trading Password.
    2. Transactions of The Clients.
    3. And other information related to The Clients’ securities trading accounts in accordance with agreements between VPS and The Clients.

      4. (Herein after called as “Security Information”)

  2. The Clients must implement all VPS’ recommendations and shall be responsible for all problems raised if they do not completely and exactly comply with those recommendations.
  3. The Clients hereby accept and admit that VPS has the right of publishing the Security Information to the person authorized by The Clients and in case VPS shall be bound to publish the Security Information in accordance with laws or requirements of competence authorities.
  4. The Clients hereby accept and admit that VPS has the right of using the Security Information of The Clients, the person authorized by The Clients for the following purposes:
    1. To administrate, operate, support and manage the Clients’ securities trading accounts, including for sharing information to internal VPS or publishing information to the third parties. The third parties may be independent enterprises which perform supporting services for the Clients’ securities transaction accounts or for the Clients in transactions in/with VPS, including but not limited to accounting, legal, professional consultancy individuals/organizations, and audit organizations. The third parties and the person authorized by the Clients shall be required to use the Security Information during the time of supplying such supporting services and for the required purposes only.
    2. To keep contact with the Clients or the person authorized by the Clients (if any) by post, telephone, email, facsimile, sms, etc. about problems related to the Clients’ transactions and/or accounts.
    3. To provide information, proposals or consultancy of VPS’ products and services to the Clients, the person authorized by the Clients.
    4. To support VPS in business activities, including risk assessment, management and laws compliance.
    5. If the transactions between the Clients and VPS are terminated, VPS shall continue using and settling, in a reasonable and suitable range in accordance with Vietnamese laws, the information of the Clients and/or the person authorized by the Clients.
